Acta de la Sesión celebrada por el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento el 26 de Abril de 2011

Santiago Romera Cano.En Molvízar, en la Casa Consistorial, siendo las 20:35 horas del día 26 de Abril de 2011 y comprobada la asistencia de número de concejales suficiente para la válida constitución del Pleno del Ayuntamiento y la válida adopción de acuerdos, por la Presidencia, fue abierta la sesión. Pasándose, seguidamente al desarrollo del siguiente Orden del Día:
1º.- Aprobación si procede de los borradores de actas de sesiones anteriores.Sometida a votación la aprobación, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad de sus miembros presentes, aprobó los referidos borradores.
2º.- Nombramiento nuevo concejal.-Terminada la lectura de la propuesta y no suscitarse debate, se sometió a votación. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad de sus miembros presentes, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo: Vista la renuncia formulada por D. Francisco Pérez Fernández al cargo de concejal de esta Corporación. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 182 de la Ley Orgánica del Régimen Electoral General, 5/1985, de 19 de junio, se acuerda: 1º.- Aceptar la renuncia presentada por D. Francisco Pérez Fernández como concejal de esta Corporación Municipal, por la candidatura de Alternativa Democrática Independiente de Molvízar, en la pasadas Elecciones Locales celebradas el 27 de mayo de 2007. 2º.- Declarar la vacante producida en el número de concejales de esta Corporación, sobre el número legal de miembros que la compone. 3º.- Aceptar las renuncias formuladas por Dª María Salud González Peñalver, D. Juan Manuel Fernández Bacas y D. Manuel López Béjar, a su derecho de ser sustitutos para cubrir la vacante producida en la Lista Electoral por la candidatura de Alternativa Democrática Independiente de Molvízar. 4º.- Nombrar sustituto a Dª Carmen Fernández Prados, suplente, según el orden de colocación y habida cuenta de la renuncias formuladas para ocupar la vacante producida. 5º.- Solicitar de la Junta Electoral Central la expedición de credencial de concejal del Ayuntamiento de Molvízar a favor de Dª Carmen Fernández Prados.
3º.- Reconocimiento extrajudicial de créditos.Terminada la lectura de la propuesta y no suscitarse debate, se sometió a votación. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad de sus miembros presentes, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo: De conformidad con lo establecido en el art 26.2.c) del Real Decreto 500/1.990, de 20 de Abril, se acuerda: Reconocer, con cargo al estado de gastos del Presupuesto de 2.011, las siguientes obligaciones procedentes de ejercicios anteriores: - A Pirotecnia Estebán Martín S.L, castillo de fuegos artificiales fiestas patronales, la cantidad de 5.174,06 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22. - A Ilumep S.L, alquiler iluminación de Navidad, la cantidad de 2.059 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22. - A Ilumep S.L, alquiler iluminación de Fiestas Patronales 2010, la cantidad de 7.481,79 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22. - A Bautista Rodríguez S.L, suministro material mantenimiento infraestructuras, la cantidad de 714,72 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22. - A la Agencia Andaluza del Agua, canon control vertidos, la cantidad de 6.508,83 €, con cargo a la partida 9.75. - A Peycar Pontevedra S.L, suministro vestuario policías locales, la cantidad de 2.900 €, con cargo a la partida 1.22. - A Jaime Rico Castro, 50% segunda fase redacción Plan adaptación NSMP a la LOUA, la cantidad de 2.387,91 €, con cargo a la partida 1.22. - A Luis Rico Castro, 50% segunda fase redacción Plan adaptación NSMP a la LOUA, la cantidad de 2.387,91 €, con cargo a la partida 1.22. - A Francisco Ruiz Rodríguez, suministro material infraestructuras, la cantidad de 17.856,35 €, con cargo a la partida 1.21. - A Hnos Fernández López S.L, trabajos mantenimiento infraestructuras, la cantidad de 2.040,76 €, con cargo a la partida 1.21. - A Elster Medición S.A, suministro contadores de agua, la cantidad de 2.819,49 €, con cargo a la partida 1.22. - A Agua y Servicios, suministro agua para dependencias y jardines, la cantidad de 286 €, con cargo a la partida 3.21. - A Degrá S.L, suministro material alumbrado, la cantidad de 4.574,26 €, con cargo a la partida 1.21. - A Rodríguez Moreno S.L, suministro material mantenimiento infraestructuras, la cantidad de 13.629,33 €, con cargo a la partida 1.21. - A Carmen García Hidalgo, actuaciones musicales en Fiestas, la cantidad de 24.662 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22. - A Fernando Rosel Gallardo, redacción de proyecto y dirección obra Acondicionamiento camino del Minchal, la cantidad de 7.896,66 €, con cargo a la partida 4.61 - A Isabel Bestué Cardiel, redacción de proyecto obra Rehabilitación nave para salón de usos múltiples, la cantidad de 7080 €, con cargo a la partida 3.22
4º.- Solicitud Taller de EmpleoTerminada la lectura de la propuesta y no suscitarse debate, se sometió a votación. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad de sus miembros presentes, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo: Visto el Proyecto de Taller de Empleo "Fuente Pinos", y al amparo de lo establecido en la Orden de 6 de diciembre de 2006, reguladora de los programas las Escuelas Taller, Casas de Oficios, Talleres de Empleo yUnidades de Promoción y Desarrollo, se acuerda: 1°.-Solicitar del Servicio Andaluz de Empleo, de la Consejería deEmpleo de la Junta de Andalucía la aprobación del proyecto de Taller deEmpleo denominado "Fuente Pinos" 2°.-Declarar que los espacios donde se va actuar, así como las instalaciones inmobiliarias y maquinaria que se indican en el proyecto de Taller de Empleo son de titularidad pública. 3°.-El Ayuntamiento de Molvízar se responsabiliza a facilitar los medios de transporte de los alumnos-as/trabajadores-as de su municipio, y los traslados que tengan que realizar estos, durante el desarrollo del proyecto de Taller de Empleo, a los lugares y centros de trabajo.4°.-El Ayuntamiento de Molvízar se responsabiliza de financiar las obras que se realicen en su término municipal y que excedan de la subvención concedida por el S.A.E. 5°.-El Ayuntamiento colaborará en inmuebles y maquinarias necesarias para el correcto desarrollo del programa formativo.
5º.- Solicitud a la asociación de turismo sostenible de la costa tropical.Terminada la lectura de la propuesta y no suscitarse debate, se sometió a votación. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, por unanimidad de sus miembros presentes, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo: Solicitar a la Asociación de Turismo Sostenible de la Costa Tropical, la inclusión en el Convenio para el programa de Iniciativa de Turismo Sostenible de Dinamización del Producto Turístico de la Costa Tropical, para el proyecto denominado Musealizacion y equipamiento de la Hacienda rural y molino "Colegio de la Compañía de Jesús" de molvízar (Granada), por un importe total de 252.336,42 €.
6º.- Sorteo constitución mesas electorales.En este momento hacen acto de presencia los cuatro concejales integrantes del grupo municipal del PSOE. Adoptándose, seguidamente y por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo: En MOLVÍZAR, a 26 de abril de 2011, reunido el Ayuntamiento de MOLVÍZAR, en sesión pública, a fin de dar cumplimiento a lo indicado en el art.° 26 de la vigente Ley Orgánica del Régimen Electoral General. Cumplidas todas las formalidades legales establecidas, este Ayuntamiento, mediante sorteo público, ha formado las Mesas Electorales para las próximas elecciones municipales que se indican, con las personas que se expresan y para los cargos que se reseñan.
